Print
A group of design originated in Sweden, called Front, has developed a technology that lets you draw freehand sketch of an object in the air and it automatically builds a 3D printer.
Called Sketch Furniture (furniture of sketches) because they specialized in creating chairs, lamps or mesas.Los strokes are made with a stylus that are recognized by a computer using Motion Capture technology common in animation studios. Then a software
processes these strokes in the air and converts the drawing into a 3D design that is sent to a Rapid Prototyping machine or fabbing.
The laser of this "printer" will then creating layers and object made from different materials, usually plastic.
printing system and building material is not new, it began development in 2006. What is new is that their inventors have managed to create a 3D printer able to replicate itself. Whether just to experiment or to objects in series, this system allows you to create furniture or other items just drawing them on the air.
