bet LivingDeco Magazine and discover new talents in the Spanish design

the Sunday Magazine and the monthly magazine of interior design and architecture LivingDeco announce the New Design Award 2008, aimed at discovering new talent and provide opportunities for young design professionals industrial, architecture and interior design.

As news, this year's award from two to four categories (Ecodesign, Urban Environment, Furniture and Interior Decoration), offers a total budget of 15,000 €, and broadens the participation age to 35 years.

In its first edition in 2007, this award received nearly 200 project participants, mainly from Catalonia, Valencia, Madrid, Galicia and Euskadi.

the Sunday Magazine and the journal LivingDeco, have this year with the collaboration of firms SEAT, Tram, Cristina and Gaston y Daniela. They have wanted to join an initiative that promotes the youth of English design, experimentation and innovation.

The New Design award jury consists of six renowned professionals: Isabel Bachs, architect and co-author of the MACBA, Emma Masana, young interior participant in several editions of Casadecor, Javier Mariscal, graphic and industrial designer always receptive to novelty and experimentation, Llàtzer Moix, writer and editor of the Culture section of the newspaper La Vanguardia, Ramon Ubeda, versatile architect and industrial designer, and Jordi Veciana, product designer with extensive international experience in interior design.
