MINIMUM PERFORMANCE IN THE BATH : THE ESSENCE OF DESIGN COMPETITION AWARDS BATH CEVISAMA The "i-Bath" Natalia Diez Fernandez de la Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, has won the International Design Competition and Technological Innovation Bathroom Equipment Edition 2011, 2,500 euros.
The theme of the contest was based on a premise that all projects should follow "the bathroom floor". The student project Natalia Diez met this important requirement in a piece that meets all the needs that must fill a bath without sacrificing the aesthetic and functional quality or other key criteria: sustainability. The jury praised the project "i-Bath" plasma theme of the contest effectively and also underlined its aesthetic "is very involved in trend."
The second prize of 2,000 euros, went to "my minimum" of students and Cristina bestrates Aina Bigorre Technical School of Architecture of Barcelona. The jury highlighted the ability of students to join in the smallest space synthesis of all elements with a comfortable away from the "wellness" and contributing to produce a larger target.
The third prize, worth 1,500 euros, went to "need blind" Horace Martin of the School of Design Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Valencia. The jury highlighted the expertise of the project to solve a pressing need in a very simple and at the same time define the intimacy of that space, because the interaction between the body and direct object is creating a personal atmosphere.
The winning and selected part of an exhibit located in Hall 6 bis of the Fair during the celebration of Cevisama, from 8 to 11 February.
and also from this edition Cevisama provides an opportunity for students to advertise and post their projects related to ceramics, natural stone bathroom and the new online media platform of the fair: Social Cevisama. This new initiative is designed as a tool of value to everyone corporate exhibitors, distributors know the creativity of young people and they earn more professional visibility 365 days a year throughout the world.
the last day of celebration will proceed to Cevisama Awards: These awards are a whole prize money of 16,800 euros.
